TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
❗❗NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS❗❗

Submitting the order form automatically means that:
-You are fully aware and you understand the terms and conditions
-You are fully aware of the price of the item you are to order including the shipping fee
-You are willing to wait for the items
-You are fully aware that your order cannot be cancelled. You are required to pay 30% of the cost of the item you are about to cancel. Bogus buyers will be posted.

🛒ORDER LOGISTICS🛒

1. Onhand items will be posted through our Shopee account or posted on our social media accounts. Item/s posted on our social media accounts will be via 'mine' or 'DM' basis.MINE = sure buyer (do not delete comments)2. Pre-order / Normal ETA items
Send us a message before filling out the order form to check if the item you are about to order is available. Upon submitting the form, you will receive an automated notification email stating that your order request has been received. Kindly wait for the confirmation email together with the payment details.These items are for pre-order which means that they are to be secured. If one of your item/s are out of stock, we will inform you about the refund details via email.
It takes about 4-6 weeks for the items to arrive in our PH address. Counting will start once items left our Korean address. Please take note that ETA is subject to change without prior notice. There might be delays due to Holidays in KR and PH.It takes about 1 week or more for us to pack the items, once it has arrived at our PH address. Please be patient as we make sure to pack your items with care.

💰PAYMENT💰
MODES OF PAYMENT

DEADLINES-Please pay on time. We will not remind you of your deadlines-Late payments will be subject to a fee of 20PHP/day-Proof of payment shall be sent via our payment form which is provided in the confirmation email. You may also view the form via our website-Kindly take note of your invoice number from the confirmation email, as well as the reference number of your transaction. You will have to input these when you fill out the payment form.

📦SHIPPING 📦

SCHEDULE-Shipping will be done every weekend as we have work on weekdays-Kindly refer to the masterlist to check the status and tracking numbers of your item. We will not send individual emails for shipping details.-Once your item is shipped, Jjeoreo Shop will not be liable for the transit duration as well as the risk for damage/s. It will fully be the courier’s liability. Rest assured that before handing the item to the local courier, it is packed carefully and we have put protection such as cardboard and bubble wrap.MODE OF SHIPPINGWe are a Bulacan-based shop and our local couriers are:

-Jjeoreo Shop will decide which courier will be in-charge of transporting your item in consideration of the courier’s availability and areas covered.-Shopee check-out can only be availed for specific items which we will specify in our post. For Shopee checkouts, kindly refer to the next section-Shipping fee for Normal ETA items should only be paid once the items arrive in the PH, we will send you a separate email with the amount and the shipping fee payment form. You may also view the masterlist for your shipping fee.

SHOPEE CHECKOUT FOR SHIPPING

-You must pay for the item first before we can send you a link of the listing via Shopee
-We will list the item with a value of 10PHP. This is to cover Shopee’s transaction feesJjeoreo Shop is not liable for loss of items and damaged items caused by Shopee logistics.Take note that by agreeing to checkout via Shopee for shipping fee, you are fully aware that Shopee will only cover insurance for the declared value of the item (10PHP per item). Therefore, implying that when the item is lost or damaged, they will only pay 10PHP.

😔DAMAGES & COMPLAINTS 😔

EXCHANGE OF ITEMS-We do not accept returns or exchange of items. Unless you have received the wrong item.
-Replacement of items will only be accepted if you have proof. A video will serve as proof only when it is clear and unedited. Video must contain a clip of you unboxing starting from removing the courier’s packaging until the full inspection of the item.-Jjeoreo Shop is not liable for any damages or loss once the item is shipped. We are also not liable for any defects (dents on outbox, missing inclusions) by the Manufacturing Supplier or Entertainment Company.
